Accellos, a provider of supply chain execution software solutions, announced the acquisition of the assets of Virtual Dispatch, a Staufville, Ontario-based provider of both on-premise and on-demand transportation management solutions. Through the acquisition, terms of which were not announced, Accellos will integrate certain of Virtual Dispatch’s assets into its emerging Stratus cloud computing portfolio.
