Affiliated Computer Services Inc. on Monday, April 20, announced a 10-year extension to its exclusive agreement with Sapp Bros Travel Centers Inc. for the placement of TripPak Truck Stop Scanning services and TripPak Express drop boxes at all participating Sapp Bros Travel Centers locations.

“This agreement demonstrates our continued commitment to drivers and carriers through our extensive Truck Stop Scanning and drop box network,” says Kelley Walkup, division vice president and general manager for Dallas-based ACS Expedited Solutions. “ACS continues to provide drivers and carriers with convenience in document delivery, creating a better bottom line for our customers.”

ACS, a provider of business process improvement and IT solutions in the truckload market segment, says that through its Capture AnyWare approach, carriers can utilize one, all or a combination of the following submission methods for receipt of their mission-critical documents: TripPak Express delivery, terminal scanning, fax, e-mail, in-cab or full-service truckstop scanning. TripPak Express has more than 1,700 drop box locations nationwide, according to the company, and with the scanning options offered by ACS, companies can have delivery of trip documents within minutes.

“This agreement with Sapp Bros Travel Centers allows us to continue offering the best locations for drivers to submit or scan their documents,” says Ryan Ramey, vice president of sales for ACS Expedited Solutions. “We are quickly becoming the largest truckstop scanning network across the nation.”
