Adelman replaces Helms as CEO of Pegasus TransTech

Pegasus TransTech, a provider of electronic revenue cycle, document management, and invoicing systems to the transportation industry, announced that Frank Adelman has been named president and CEO. Mr. Adelman assumes the position as part of the company’s long-term succession planning and replaces Bob Helms, who is retiring from his position as Chairman and CEO to pursue other interests and spend time with his family.

“We sincerely thank Bob for his 14-year commitment to the organization and his integral role in developing Pegasus TransTech into the profitable and consistently growing business we have today. We appreciate his stewardship and vision and wish him luck in his new endeavors,” said Mr. Adelman. “At the same time, the future is bright for Pegasus TransTech. Our team of dedicated professionals is driven to meet our clients’ needs in today’s complex shipping and logistics environment. We continue to innovate in our various product and service offerings, and we are poised to realize critical growth opportunities in the years ahead.”

Mr. Helms joined Pegasus TransTech in 1999 as a member of the Board of Directors. Under his leadership, Pegasus TransTech was named the 2012 Small Business of the Year by the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce. Mr.

Helms was also named the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce’s Outstanding Leader of the Year in 2013. Mr. Helms will remain a consultant and advisor to the company.

Mr. Adelman joined Pegasus TransTech in 2004 and has led the company’s efforts to increase market share and drive revenue growth for the company’s transactional, “shipment-to-cash” systems utilized by transportation companies. He has more than 30 years of transportation industry experience, including more than 20 years in executive leadership roles.
