Aljex Software has introduced the Driver Pay Dashboard, a new software tool designed to display all the information needed to manage and pay owner-operators on a single screen. Aljex offers the dashboard with its Vision software hosted on the Internet.

Driver Pay Dashboard is designed to display all of a driver’s current loads and all loads waiting for payment. Users can see the driver’s pending pay deductions, escrow accounts and balances. The dashboard displays and links to driver/carrier history, driver/carrier qualification, carrier compliance with supporting documentation and driver vacation information.

In addition, the dashboard links to the Aljex invoicing system and scans for each pro, so while a driver’s paperwork is processed, users also can view and update the invoice and scanned documents for that pro. Click on a load to pay, and Aljex automatically populates the screen with the necessary information; click on the appropriate items, and the dashboard assigns a check number and prints a check.

“This totally changes the way to process driver pay,” says Tom Heine, Aljex chief executive officer. “With Driver Pay Dashboard, everything you need to manage and pay drivers is in one place, and checks can be cut at a terminal, an agent office and at headquarters.”

Individual offices can be enabled to manage drivers directly, and each driver also has his own dashboard displaying payment history, compliance, load history and escrow accounts. The dashboard is available with Aljex Vision software, which is hosted on the Internet.
