The Motor & Equipment Remanufacturers Association welcomed Alma Products Co. as its newest remanufacturer member and 60th member company. Alma Products is a manufacturer/remanufacturer of OE drivetrain components, clutch/disc assemblies, torque converters, transmissions and A/C compressors. The Alma, Mich.-based company supplies these parts to OE automotive, commercial vehicle, industrial and automotive aftermarket customers.

“We are excited about the continued growth of MERA and to reach the 60-member mark,” says John Chalifoux, president and chief operating officer of MERA. “To do so with a distinguished company that traces its origins to Henry Ford and the birth of automotive remanufacturing is especially meaningful.”
