Melissa A. Belkin has been named vice president of financial services for AmeriQuest Transportation Services, a provider of fleet management services. Prior to joining AmeriQuest, Belkin held the post of district sales manager with Citicapital, a transportation finance business unit of Citigroup. She also served as regional account manager for GE, handling private truck fleet financing solutions. While at GE, Belkin initiated a number of Six Sigma projects and was recognized for her accomplishments with honors, including District Manager of the Year and Region of the Year.
