The lawsuit brought against the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration’s Compliance, Safety, Accountability in July of 2012 by the Alliance for Safe, Efficient and Competitive Truck Transportation — and others — progressed last month when plaintiffs filed their written arguments with the U.S. Court of appeals in D.C. handling the case.

ASECTT is suing FMCSA saying the agency cast aside its responsibilities to carriers, brokers and shippers with the CSA program.
