The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration announced March 31 it has issued an imminent hazard out-of-service order to truck operator Robert Lee Turner, effectively shutting down the Georgia-based CDL holder.

Turner received the order March 25, FMCSA says, following a March 2 crash in which Turner struck a Georgia Port Authority Police Officer while operating at the Port of Savannah. The officer was seriously injured.

Turner was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, and in a subsequent substances test, Turner tested positive for cocaine.
