Tifton, Georgia, Kenworth dealer Trans Power has opened a new parts location one mile west of U.S. Interstate 75.
“Our new location in the Tifton Industrial Park will offer our customers more convenient access to proprietary and aftermarket parts for vocational truck operators and regional haulers as well,” said Ed Birkitt, Trans Power vice president and general manager. “The addition of this location will offer better coverage of our area of responsibility and now provides customer access to a Trans Power location within one hour. The dealership is conveniently located near I-75, the major north-south route through Georgia, which enables truck drivers passing through the area to easily obtain dependable parts.”
The newly renovated 6,800 square-foot facility offers 1,300 square-feet of parts storage well-stocked with quality Kenworth proprietary and TRP all-makes parts, and has a comfortable driver’s lounge. Trans Power Kenworth – Tifton is located on five acres at 365 Southwell Blvd., in the Tifton Industrial Park. The well-fenced property offers plenty of room for truck drivers to park their trucks and trailers.
Besides the Tifton, Ga., dealership, Trans Power operates three additional Kenworth locations in Albany, Douglas, and Valdosta, Ga.
