Truckstop.com announced that Bill Vitti has joined the leadership team of Internet Truckstop Group as the company’s new Chief Sales Officer.
Vitti will lead all company sales and serve on the leadership team, which oversees ITG companies including Truckstop.com, Real Time Freight, uDrove and Internet Truckstop Financial Services. He will split time between offices in Phoenix, AZ and New Plymouth, ID.
Vitti comes to ITG from Swift Logistics, a separate entity of Swift Transportation, where he served as president for three years and led Swift Logistics from a start-up to a top 15 North American 3PL. Vitti was also vice president of Swift Transportation.
Vitti has an extensive and diverse background with previous roles in sales, marketing, product development, project management, pricing operations, entrepreneurial start-ups and executive leadership.
