Kenworth of Effingham just opened a new dealership location that features 12 service bays and more.Kenworth of Effingham has relocated into a new 21,000 square-foot full-service dealership and now offers a 12-bay service shop and a 2,200 square-foot parts department.
The new dealership is located less than two miles from “The Crossroads of America,” where I-57 and I-70 merge.
The service shop features a Hunter alignment machine and DPF cleaning, as well as a dedicated bay for quickly diagnosing trucks and quick lubrication service. It also offers full warranty support for Paccar MX series engines.
“We’re excited about opening this new location in an area that sees a significant amount of truck traffic, and there is demand for customer service and technical expertise,” said John Nichols, CEO of Palmer Trucks – Kenworth of Effingham’s parent company.
