The Learning with Love’s Scholarship fund awarded $40,000 in scholarships to employees and dependents for the 2011-2012 academic year. The program is administered by the Oklahoma City Community Foundation, which includes the final selection of recipients and disbursement of funds provided by the Love Family Affiliated Fund.
The Learning with Love’s Scholarship is a $2,000 award for employees attending college part-time or a $4,000 award for employees or dependents attending college full-time. Five employees and seven dependents were selected:
• Employees: Steven Brazil from Love’s in Albuquerque, N.M.; Sarah Aisha Naji from Love’s in Rolla, Mo.; Stephanie Magana from Love’s in Yuma, Ariz.; Mary Anne Miller, risk management analyst, and John Mark Dadulo, accounting clerk; and
• Dependents: Garrison Lawrence, Anthony Drakeford, Michael Waltman, Haley Withers, Andrew Dixon, Jacob Stepec and Lee Ann Sturm.
