Omnitracs agreed to acquire XRS in September. The addition of XRS, a provider of mobile-based applications for fleet management, will strengthen Omnitracs’ core technology portfolio with complementary fleet management applications, the company says, as it continues to deliver products and services for virtually every aspect of fleet management, from safety and compliance to productivity and profitability.
Together, Omnitracs and XRS have more than 30,000 customers with nearly 1,000,000 mobile assets in 63 countries.
