Prestone Command’s new Heavy-Duty Antifreeze/Coolant line is available in two different formulations:
• Extended Life is formulated to provide 600,000-mile/12,000-hour CAT EC-1 protection for diesel-powered heavy-duty engines. Its formula helps protect aluminum and all other engine metals against temperature extremes, rust, corrosion, scale and water-pump failure, and is made to be compatible with any other heavy-duty antifreeze/coolant. A prediluted 50/50 formulation is available for top-off applications; and
• Extended Service is formulated to provide advanced protection from freezing, overheating, cavitation erosion, corrosion, scale and foaming in any heavy-duty engine with need-release filter technology used in normal to severe duty cycles and extreme temperature conditions. A prediluted 50/50 antifreeze/coolant formulation and demineralized water dilution is available for top-off applications.
Prestone Command also offers its own branded Diesel Exhaust Fluid, a liquid reducing agent for use in all diesel engines equipped with selective catalytic reduction.
