		<description>I do not understand why the government  thinks they have to get involved in controlling the trucking industry and calling us unsafe when it is a fact that in the car truck crashes the driver of the car has been proven to be at fault 85% to 88% of the time. These figures are the same no matter who does the survey. 
Of course the ATA  is not doing anything for the drivers as drivers do not contribute millions of dollars to them. The ATA is interested only in big business that pay dues ea year.

When professional drivers leave the industry the void will be filled with less qualified drivers with little or no experience. 
In today&#039;s society we have  shown  that it is OK to not take responsibility for their actions resulting in poor performance. That is  equated to accidents and incidents and that gives us a professional drivers a black eye.</description>
