The American Transportation Research Institute, the trucking industry’s not-for-profit research organization, has launched the 2012 Top Industry Issues Survey. The annual survey, commissioned by the American Trucking Associations, asks trucking industry stakeholders to rank the top issues of concern for the industry along with appropriate strategies for addressing each issue.

This year, the survey has been streamlined to allow the industry to give feedback more quickly while also providing a broader range of issues to consider. The results of the survey will be released at the ATA Annual Management Conference and Exhibition set for Oct. 7-10 in Las Vegas, Nev.

Industry stakeholders are encouraged to complete the survey at http://atri-online.org/2012/08/01/critical-issues-in-the-trucking-industry-2012/. A paper copy also is available at www.atri-online.org.
