U.S. Xpress names Neal VP/driver recruiting

U.S. Xpress Enterprises, a provider of transportation services throughout North America, announced that Latasha Neal has been named vice president of driver recruiting. Neal, who has nearly 20 years of experience in the trucking industry primarily in the areas of driver recruiting and driver retention, most recently served as director of recruiting and retention for Swift Transportation.

“Latasha has built an impressive track record of success over her career,” said Eric Fuller, U.S. Xpress senior vice president of operations. “She has a keen understanding of the challenges that exist in today’s recruiting market, and we are confident that Latasha will lead our efforts to attract and retain the best drivers in our industry.
