Netradyne, an artificial intelligence (AI) technology provider focusing on driver and fleet safety, has signed LeSaint Logistics as a new customer using its Netradyne’s Driveri vision-based platform designed to enhance driver safety.

“We view this new partnership with Netradyne as an investment in our drivers,” said Keith Warren, vice president of transportation at LeSaint Logistics, with headquarters in Romeoville, Ill. “We’ve found the vision-based Driveri technology platform to be an important way for us to let our drivers know we believe in them. We are able to gain visibility into when they are doing a great job based on collected data, coach them to become better drivers and work together to advance our organization, our customers, our employees and public safety.”

LeSaint Logistics has seen significant improvements in driver behavior as a result of its deployment of Driveri:

·      50 percent reduction in hard-braking alerts

·      38 percent reduction in risky following distance

·      45 percent reduction in seatbelt non-compliance

·      26 percent reduction in speeding

·      27 percent improvement in average fleet following distance

Netradyne’s Driveri captures and analyzes every minute of every driving experience, amounting to millions of driving observations each month to provide a complete picture of a fleet’s operations with real road data.

The 360-degree camera system provides a clear view of the driving environment made possible with high definition videos (1080p) while its edge-processing capability enables video to be fully processed at the device and delivered to the fleet for immediate decision-making.

The Driveri GreenZone feature monitors and analyzes driving behavior and its recently released DriverStar feature calls attention to positive driving decisions, highlighting exceptional driving moments.

“LeSaint Logistics has an impeccable reputation for delivering high-quality service to its customers. We believe the company will continue to rise to new levels as a safe, reliable and always forward-thinking solutions provider,” said Adam Kahn, vice president of fleets at Netradyne.
