Free alignment training

M.D. Alignment Service, Altoona, Iowa, announces its participation in a nationwide series of free truck alignment seminars. M.D. Alignment, distributors of the Protrak family of laser alignment systems, is working with International Truck and Engine Corp., Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co., and Dana Corp. to train technicians and service managers in the correct methods of evaluating and correcting alignment-related tire wear problems.

These seminars are being held at 70 International dealer locations across North America through May 2002. They will cover the new Recommended Practice on Total Vehicle Alignment from the Technology and Maintenance Council in-depth, as presented by Mike Beckett, president of M.D. Alignment, and author of Truck Wheel Alignment: A Common Man’s Guide. Beckett is scheduled to be at every seminar, along with regional representatives from International, Goodyear and Dana.
