Volvo Trucks’ New River Valley assembly plant in Dublin, Va., along with Mack’s Lehigh Valley Operations in Pennsylvania, unveiled their 2017 Ride for Freedom trucks last week.

Volvo’s truck is a VNR model 640, which features custom-designed graphics that honor all branches of the U.S. military and those who have served with the slogan, “We stand for the flag and kneel for the fallen.”

Mack’s Ride for Freedom truck is the Jack Mack, a custom-built, one-of-a-kind crew-cab truck named after one of Mack’s founders, John “Jack” M. Mack.

Both trucks participated in the Ride for Freedom rally in Washington, D.C., Memorial Day weekend.
