routing_knockout.afterPeterbilt unveiled at the Technology & Maintenance Council Annual Meeting in Nashville, Tenn., Monday new chassis routings for its Models 579 and 567 that the company says improve serviceability and feature a more robust, streamlined design.

The new chassis routings – which run the length of the truck – organize air, electrical and fuel lines into individual bundles to facilitate quick, efficient identification and servicing of these systems. The routings are secured with newly designed frame brackets that hold each bundle separately and provide even greater durability.

This new configuration is currently in production.
