Pegasus TransTech Corp. announced that Pilot Flying J and Love’s Travel Stops have extended their exclusive agreements to provide Transflo Express truck stop scanning at all locations in the United States and Canada through Dec. 31, 2030.

The two previous agreements were signed in April and August 2010, respectively, and were set to expire on Dec. 31, 2020.

More than 940 total locations now offer Transflo Express, including all 650-plus Pilot Flying J locations and all 300-plus Love’s Travel Stops, making it the largest truck stop scanning network, the company says.

Pilot Flying J became the first chain to offer Transflo Express in 2002. Love’s Travel Stops teamed up with Transflo Express in 2004 to provide full-service document scanning to customers.

“Pilot Flying J and Pegasus TransTech have been tremendous partners over the last 12 years and we continue to grow the business and enjoy the partnership,” said Mark Hazelwood, president of Pilot Flying J. “Transflo Express has been a valuable service to our trucking company customers in helping them improve their days’ sales outstanding and credit processes.”

With Transflo Express, drivers hand their documents to a trained cashier at the fuel counter for scanning. In seconds, the documents are sent electronically to the fleet or third party logistics provider for immediate billing and payroll processing.

“Love’s is very excited about continuing our business partnership with Pegasus TransTech,” said Richard Ketchum, manager of other income for Love’s. “One factor that’s helped Love’s reach its 50th anniversary is our commitment to focus on our customers’ needs. Providing Transflo Express is one more way we can assist them. We look forward to a continued successful partnership.”

According to Pegasus TransTech, Transflo Express has helped transportation companies of all sizes reduce their operating costs, improve driver satisfaction, speed cash flow and grow without adding headcount. The service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, to get delivery documents to carriers and third-party logistics providers immediately for billing and payroll.

“Extending our partnerships with Pilot Flying J and Love’s ensures that fleets, logistics providers and drivers will continue to benefit from this service for many years to come,” said Frank Adelman, president and CEO of Pegasus TransTech.
