The Simon Companies announced that Blake Rigby is the new chief financial and chief operating officer of its rapidly growing transportation, logistics and technology businesses.
Rigby comes to The Simon Companies with more than 30 years of executive leadership and experience in corporate finance, administration, IT and operations. He will oversee all financial and business operations of onewaytrailers.com, Simon Transport and Transportation Data Source.

Onewaytrailers.com is an online platform that makes the ever-growing source of semi-trailers available for one-time use to qualified carriers, truck dealers, drayage, towing and construction companies in one-way moves.
Simon Transport is a freight transportation business with a well-trained and experienced team of logistics specialists.
Transportation Data Source (TDS) is a provider of motor carrier information services in easily accessible formats. Its customers include shippers, third party logistics providers, and industry suppliers of products and services for asset-based carriers.

Rigby has held CFO and COO as well as corporate president responsibilities for numerous firms specializing in transportation and logistics, real estate, manufacturing, energy, media, education and more.
