Automated truck braking/steering system from ZF and WABCO in action

ZF and WABCO unveiled June 30 a new system that enables Class 8 trucks to autonomously brake and steer to avoid a rear-end collision should the truck determine it cannot stop quickly enough to avoid an impending crash.
