Accruit, a provider of personal property 1031 Like-Kind Exchange services for the construction industry and heavy equipment dealers, has announced its 1031 Like-Kind Exchange Seminar Series for 2008.

The seminar series is free to attendees and is designed specifically to address the needs of equipment-owning companies of all sizes. Whether a company has one asset or thousands, attendees can learn how they can use Like-Kind Exchanges to defer tax on equipment sales and dramatically increase cash flow.

“Accruit is committed to educating companies who can benefit from Like-Kind Exchanges,” says Gary Mellott, vice president of business development at Denver-based Accruit. “Our pilot seminar series last year was extremely well received. In fact, over half of the companies that attended the seminars executed a Like-Kind Exchange with Accruit within 30 days.”

All construction companies, specialty contractors and heavy equipment dealers can learn about the benefits available through Accruit’s full suite of Like-Kind Exchange services, including single exchanges, reverse exchanges and full-service repetitive exchange programs.
