The 2012 Dealer Attitude Survey of Manufacturers is now available to complete online at www.esurvey.cc/atd. “Dealer input for the survey is crucial to help truck manufacturers identify challenges and successes,” says ATD Chairman Dick Witcher. “Dealer feedback from the survey can help the manufacturers make better and more informed decisions on issues concerning dealers.”

The greater the response rate, the more weight the survey results carry, ATD says. The survey can be submitted online only. For dealers with multiple locations, the survey process has been improved for easier input.

Dealers should have received an e-mail and will receive a postcard with the dealership’s authorization code to access the survey Website. The survey period ends June 5. For more information, contact ATD’s Kim Carey or Barbara Robinson at 800-352-6232 or atd@nada.org.
