Idealease Inc. has awarded 60 Idealease locations in North America with the Idealgold award for 2012. The award program was established 14 years ago to honor Idealease locations that achieve the highest levels of performance in 12 key areas, including professional leadership, customer service, marketing, facilities, dedicated service bays, employee training, customer safety and compliance education.
The Idealgold awards were presented at the Idealease Inc. Annual Meeting, held in Palm Beach, Fla. “Our Idealgold honorees demonstrate a relentless dedication to operating excellence,” says Dan Murphy, president and chief executive officer of Idealease. “This prestigious award is the highest honor an Idealease operation can receive from Idealease Inc. It is our ‘gold standard’ for performance.”
