Hino Trucks has opened a new California Parts Distribution Center (PDC) and Training Center in Ontario, Calif.

According to John Donato, director of parts sales for Hino Trucks, the addition of the company’s second U.S. parts location increases the effectiveness of the Hino dealer network by improving availability and the parts distribution process while providing a higher level of overall support to our growing number of western region dealers.

“Our year-over-year parts sales growth continues to eclipse the market,” he adds. “These kinds of numbers have meant that we have had to grow our infrastructure significantly as well.”

The training facility was designed as an extension of Hino’s National Training Center in Novi, Mich. to support a growing dealer network, says George Daniels, Hino’s senior vice president of sales & customer support.
