Infrastructure experts sharing their insights include David Levinson, chair of transportation at the University of Minnesota; Bob Kreeb, division chief, intelligent technologies research for National Highway Traffic Safety Administration; and John Woodroffe, director of the University of Michigan Transportation Research Institute. Greg Cohen, CEO of Highway Users Alliance, will moderate. The panel takes place Wednesday, Aug. 26, beginning at 3:30 p.m.
