The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration has made available “CSA 2010: Just the Facts,” a two-page document intended to dispel myths and misconceptions surrounding Comprehensive Safety Analysis 2010. “Just the Facts” identifies 15 facts about the program that are commonly misunderstood. I think all this CSA2010 is intended only to squeeze more money out of good safe companies. They want us to be prepared and change things so we will be ready, but FMCSA knows that any thing that was done before stays with us for 2 years. If they started with a clean slate I would have no problem with it. But to change the rules during the “game” so to speak, leaves a sour taste in my mouth.
