The Sprinter will feature a Mercedes-Benz, 5-cyl, 2.7-liter turbo diesel, rated at 156 hp and 244 lb-ft of torque, mated to a 5-speed automatic transmission. Four-wheel disc brakes with ABS are standard. With the 73-in. roof, the van configuration provides up to 473 cu-ft of cargo space, and can haul payloads up to 5,100 lb. The cargo van will be available in June and the passenger version in September.
