McLeod Software (www.mcleodsoftware.com) now provides an interface for its LoadMaster dispatch system to Integrated Decision Support Corp.’s Fuel Advice ASP fuel optimization service (www.fueladvice.com).

Vistar Datacom (www.vistardata.com) announced that Western Canadian trucking company Coastal Pacific Xpress will use Vistar’s GlobalWave MT2000 terminals to track and monitor 200 refrigerated truck trailers carrying fresh fish and other perishable foodstuffs within North America.

Aether Systems (www.aethersystems.com) said that Jacksonville, Fla.-based flatbed carrier Cypress Truck Lines will deploy an additional 250 units of the Aether MobileMax multi-mode wireless communications system. The expansion brings the total number of units deployed at Cypress to 400.

Catch4 Technologies (www.catch4.com) announced availability of Modus, an integrated fleet management software suite aimed at fleets of 5 to 500 vehicles. The current version of Modus integrates Global Positioning System tracking, logistics management, dispatch and online payment.
