N.C. further limits tolling with legislation

North Carolina’s governor has signed the second of two bills that limit the state’s ability to toll existing lanes.

Republican Gov. Pay McCrory signed a technical corrections bill on Aug. 23. It prohibits reducing the number of existing nontoll general purpose highway lanes.
