0 Pegasuslogo 3Pegasus TransTech has released the newest version of Transflo, its document management system designed to help transportation companies go paperless, improve productivity, and save money.

Pegasus says its Transflo 2012 R2 has new functionality to enhance the user experience, increase efficiency, and heighten the level of document security.

One of the many updates is the capability to read 2D and 3D barcodes. Users can also store and retrieve native file types including Microsoft Office and Excel files, and a vast array of audio, video, and graphic files. Now, files no longer need to be converted and accident/claim photos can be easily retrieved and sent from the Transflo system in their high resolution, original state.

Enhanced security features let users streamline administrative tasks such as creating user accounts and assigning security permissions. An improved web-based viewing application, called ezView, allows users to retrieve content from the documents via a web browser interface. Users now have quicker access to electronic documents, anytime and anywhere.

Transflo integrates with other major software systems and works seamlessly with Transflo Express, Pegasus TransTech’s truck stop scanning service; Transflo Now scanning; and Transflow Now Mobile, using an iPhone or Android smartphone.
