DOTAuthority.com Inc., a New York-based transportation-consulting firm, announced the launch of a new âTrucking Successâ Workshop Program with its partner Transport Training of America, an Alabama-based post-secondary, state-licensed private school offering formal training programs for the transportation industry.
The new two-day âTrucking Successâ workshops, which will be offered in multiple locations, are geared toward new and veteran independent carriers, owner-operators and company drivers.
Workshops will be offered in Atlanta on July 8-9 at the Wellesley Inn and in Dallas on Aug. 28-29 at the Mainstay Suites, immediately following the Great American Trucking Show. The registration fee is $1,500 per person, with a 10 percent multiperson discount for two or more attendees booking together. Workshop instructors will cover financial topics such as contract negotiations, sales and marketing, freight rate development and finding freight in the 21st century.
