Kratz joins GE Commercial Finance as truck operations manager

GE Commercial Finance Fleet Services, a global provider of fleet management services, has named Dan Kratz truck operations manager, responsible for the reliable delivery of the complete Fleet Services truck maintenance portfolio.

Kratz comes to Fleet Services from GE’s Commercial Equipment Financing business, where he was Atlanta site leader for the Southeast driver development sector. Prior to joining GE, he held positions at Interstate National Lease as a sales executive, at Transportation Solutions Inc. as the vice president of sales and marketing, and as the general manager at Midwest Express Corp.

He also has held key leadership positions at Ruco Equipment Co., a class 8 truck dealership and construction equipment company, and was the president of Nationwide Traffic Services.

“Dan brings a wealth of truck industry experience to Fleet Services,” said Anna Durham, general manager of maintenance and safety solutions at GE Commercial Finance Fleet Services. “With his background and knowledge, he will be a great resource to provide solutions to our customers’ commercial transportation challenges.”

Kratz has an undergraduate degree from Kansas State University and a certificate in transportation from the University of Missouri. He also was an adjunct professor in the Transportation Department at the University of Missouri Bloch School of Business.
