CalArk names couple team 2005 Driver of the Year

Mary and Joe Hester of Cullman, Ala. have been named Driver of the Year by CalArk International. In 2005, the couple had 100 percent on-time delivery and drove more than 217,000 miles. CalArk, based in Mabelvale, Ark., honored the Hesters by presenting them with a cruise.

The Hesters have been driving for CalArk since 1996 and have never had a chargeable accident. The couple, who also were Arkansas Truck Driver of the Year in 2004, have been married for 14 years and have five children and 14 grandchildren.
