Western Express opens new terminals, expands flatbed division

Western Express has opened new facilities in Kansas City, Mo. and Emporia, Va., and has expanded its flatbed division by more than 100 trucks.

The Nashville, Tenn.-based company also is replacing all the 2004 Volvos and Freightliners in its fleet with 2007 models.
