Boler appoints two GMs for Hendrickson divisions

In a corporate reorganization, Doug Sanford has assumed duties as general manager of Hendrickson Spring, while Matt Boler has taken over as GM of Hendrickson Bumper and Trim. In making the announcement, John H. Walker, president and CEO of The Boler Co., Hendrickson’s parent organization, reported that Sanford, former general manager of Hendrickson Bumper and Trim, takes responsibility for strategic initiatives of the Hendrickson Spring headquartered in Stratford, Ontario, Canada.

Walker appointed Matt Boler general manager of Hendrickson Bumper and Trim headquartered in Joliet, Ill. He now reports to Steve Andrews, general manager of Hendrickson Truck Suspension Systems of Woodridge, Ill. Boler will play a key leadership role in furthering operations improvements for the bumper and trim businesses and continuing development of the Hendrickson Aero Bright product line, Walker added.

A seven-year veteran of Hendrickson, Sanford previously served as director of marketing and program management in Hendrickson Truck Suspension System. Boler formerly served as director of strategic planning for The Boler Co. in Itasca. Prior to joining the organization, he held various positions of increasing responsibility in manufacturing and engineering with Motorola.
