Kenworth Truck Company has named its 2006 Kenworth Dealer Council members. The council consists of leading executives from the nearly 300 Kenworth dealerships in the United States and Canada. The council’s goal is to help promote program consistency across the dealer network so that every Kenworth dealership provides a superior level of customer service.

The 2006 Kenworth Dealer Council members are: Chairman – Harry Mamizuka, Bay Area Kenworth, Oakland, Calif.; Jay Ellison, French Ellison Truck Center, Pharr, Texas; Brent Leach, Custom Truck Center, Regina, Sask.; John Nichols, Kenworth of Indianapolis; Bob Mitchell, Kenworth of Birmingham, Birmingham, Ala.; and Gary Mitchell, Kenworth of Pennsylvania, Carlisle, Penn. Kyle Treadway, Kenworth Sales Company in Salt Lake City, serves as the Kenworth ATD line representative. Each Kenworth Dealer Council member also participates on one of Kenworth’s support councils for parts, service and the body shop.

“The Kenworth dealer body and dealer council are an important part of providing the World’s Best support to Kenworth customers,” says Bob Christensen, Kenworth general manager and Paccar vice president.

To help support customers, Kenworth provides a complete dealer list on its website at www.kenworth.com. In addition, the Kenworth PremierCare Customer Center (1-800-KW-ASSIST) is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The customer center handles emergency roadside assistance calls and schedules service for preventive maintenance customers, among other services, and requires no registration fee.
