Schneider National recently announced the winners of its 2005 Schneider Presidential and Orange Heart Awards.

Each year, the company recognizes drivers who have demonstrated outstanding service in categories such as customer service and safety. The awards also honor drivers who have done something extraordinary for another Schneider employee or the family member of another employee. To win an award, drivers are nominated by a Schneider associate.

This year, 25 drivers were selected to receive the award for customer service, while four were awarded the award for safety. The company’s Orange Heart Award was given to six drivers for their support of relief efforts following Hurricanes Katrina and Rita in 2005.
