GE Commercial Finance Fleet Services says it has enhanced its Web-based reporting product, my.Dashboard, to provide customers with the ability to view summarized fleet billing trends and identify additional cost-saving opportunities.

Located within Your Office@Fleet on www.gefleet.com, my.Dashboard is GE’s integrated online application suite designed to give customers instant visibility to actionable information and enable best-in-class fleet management. New billing trend analysis compliments the existing my.Dashboard suite of more than 80 metrics and exceptions spanning the vehicle lifecycle, from ordering and inventory to analyzing real depreciation and resale performance.

According to Eden Prairie, Minn.-based GE Commercial Finance Fleet Services, the new informational views within my.Dashboard include unprecedented billing analysis and trending functionality, including detailed cost-per-unit billing analysis with views by billing category, vehicle type, vehicle model and customer organization structure. Billing categories include finance, fuel, maintenance (e.g. track tire trends) and accidents (e.g. track rentals and subrogation).

Billing information is presented in terms of rolling 13-month trends, including year-to-date and rolling 12-month totals. This latest functionality provides fleet-specific, actionable data in a customized format, eliminating the need for ad hoc billing reports, the company says.
