Wal-Mart names J.B. Hunt 2005 Intermodal Carrier of the Year

J.B. Hunt Transport Services recently announced that it has been recognized by Wal-Mart as the retailer’s 2005 Intermodal Carrier of the Year.

Each year, Wal-Mart evaluates each of its intermodal service providers and rates them in areas such as ease of doing business, consistent capacity, outstanding service, clear communication and responsive follow-up.

J.B. Hunt also provides transportation services for Wal-Mart within its dedicated contract services and truckload operating segments to multiple shipping points throughout North America.
