Tired truckers targeted on Arizona I-10

During a week aimed at catching tired truckers, Arizona law enforcement officers stopped 377 trucks and cited 2,125 commercial vehicle violations on Interstate 10. Arizona Department of Public Safety officers conducted “Operation Boa II” from border to border May 6-12.

Officers placed 110 drivers and 85 trucks out of service. They also discovered 128 out-of-service violations, made two misdemeanor warrant arrests and recovered one stolen tractor-trailer. Additional citations for the week:
