The Carlinville, Ill.-based company says the new site features improved navigation and free downloads of product brochures, white papers and tips from industry experts.
Other additions include information on Karmak’s communications interfaces to heavy-duty manufacturers, ASP network service and customer testimonials. Customer Web services have been enhanced with new training webinars, online conference registration and access to discussion boards, online meetings and support sessions. The company says the site’s improved design allows visitors to find information on Karmak’s technology solutions for their specific heavy-duty business and request a WebEx or on-site software demo.
