Jack Boetefuer has been named president of Arsenault Associates, the provider of Dossier fleet maintenance management software and other technology solutions. The announcement was made by former president and company founder Charles Arsenault, who will retain the post of chief executive officer and corporate chairman. Boetefuer joined Arsenault in 2004 as vice president, sales and business development; in 2005, he was promoted and given the additional responsibility of chief operating officer.

“This has been a pivotal year for our company,” Arsenault says. “We have made a number of important planned changes to provide our present and future customers with the best possible service, along with several technology enhancements and new product offerings. Jack has been involved in virtually all of those strategic decisions and proven himself to be a customer-oriented professional in the process. Clearly, Jack is the right person to take Arsenault Associates to the next level of business growth and customer satisfaction through expanded product development and service enhancement.”

Boetefuer’s appointment as Arsenault Associates president caps a flurry of recent strategic expansions and structural changes for the 26-year-old software company that has produced exceptional growth. Within the last year, Arsenault has added Houston and Chicago sales offices and announced its intention to open a West Coast office in California. Arsenault also will move to its new corporate headquarters in Burlington, N.J., on Sept. 1.
