Karmak, a provider of computer systems and business management systems in the heavy-duty truck industry, recently expanded its sales force by adding three new regional managers to its sales team. The Carlinville, Ill.-based company says the newly created positions will increase its presence in the Southeast and Central U.S. regions.

  • Price Jones is the new regional manager covering Alabama, Mississippi and Tennessee. Jones has extensive experience with several leasing companies in the Southeast, including national account sales for General Car & Truck Leasing and Ruan Leasing, plus sales and operations for Ryder. He comes to Karmak from Freightliner of Knoxville.
  • Ron Kiser joins Karmak as regional manager for Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina. Kiser began his career with Cummins Atlantic in the early 1970s and later worked with IBM in international acquisitions. He most recently managed sales and marketing as northeast regional manager for International/Ford Blue Diamond Group.
  • Louie Wilmot is the new regional manager covering Arkansas, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri and Nebraska. Wilmot brings several years’ experience in the heavy-duty trucking industry to his new position, including familiarity with dealerships, leasing operations and fleet management. Before joining Karmak, Wilmot worked in sales and leasing for Wisconsin Kenworth.
