Schneider National is looking for Ohio drivers. The Green Bay, Wis.-based company — which held three job fairs this week in Dayton, Marion and Seville — says it needs to hire 375 drivers because of new business and expanding relationships with customers.

The company says it offers training for inexperienced drivers, and new Ohio drivers might work for several of the company’s divisions. Inexperienced drivers can earn an average of $35,000 to $43,500 in their first year, according to Schneider, while experienced drivers may qualify for up to a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Owner-operators can earn up to $115,000 annually, the company says.
