Palm Peterbilt-GMC Trucks recently cut the ribbon on a new medium- and heavy-duty truck dealership in Fort Myers, Fla., making it the company’s fourth location in the state. With locations already in Fort Lauderdale, Fort Pierce and West Palm Beach, Palm Peterbilt says the Fort Myers facility will serve Southwest Florida with a complete sales, service and parts operation.
Rocco Cavallo, parts and service manager at the Fort Lauderdale location for the past 25 years, was promoted to general position at the new dealership. Since the Fort Myers location opened, the company has hired more than 20 employees and is looking to fill eight to 10 more positions immediately.
