Decker announces personnel moves

Decker Truck Line of Fort Dodge, Iowa, has announced the following personnel moves:

  • Blaine Martin has been promoted to vice president of B-T Inc. in LeMars, Iowa. Martin joined the Decker family in January 1995, coming from CRST International in Cedar Rapids where he served in a number of capacities, including director of sales and terminal manager. Martin previously was manager of driver recruiting out of Decker’s Fort Dodge corporate office.
  • Deb Peterson has been promoted to manager of driver recruiting out of the Fort Dodge corporate office. Peterson has been in the trucking industry for more than 30 years, starting with Umthun Trucking in 1974. She joined the Decker family in March 2002 as driver/contractor support manager.
  • Darin Ladlie has been promoted to driver/contractor support manager out of the Fort Dodge corporate office. Ladlie started with Decker in 2000 as an owner-operator, then became a dispatcher in 2004 for about one year before accepting the position of owner-operator recruiter.
